About this ministry
Known lovingly as the Akhawwiye, the Daughters of Mary of the Immaculate Conception gather across generations to bring Christ's loving and healing presence to our parish. They intercede for the faithfully departed through their monthly message, host community-wide fellowship like the Annual Lenten Lunch, and welcome new members each December 8 during the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.

Mission Statement
We, the Daughters of Mary of the Immaculate Conception, declare our mission is to bring the loving and healing presence of Christ into our world with the gentle courage and faithful commitment of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

What you will experience
- Annual Lenten Lunch welcoming every parishioner to begin the Lenten Season as one family.
- Feast of the Immaculate Conception celebration every December 8 that initiates new members into the sisterhood.
- "Ouzkourni Fi Malakoutika – اذكرني في ملكوتك" monthly prayer in communion with a global movement remembering the faithfully departed.
Examples of our activities
- Gathering every first Wednesday at 6:00 PM to pray for the faithfully departed as part of Ouzkourni Fi Malakoutika.
- Sharing the monthly mission message that keeps the community united in prayer.
- Coordinating names for remembrance with Fr. Henri Imad through the parish office before each service.
- Hosting the Annual Lenten Lunch so the parish can enter the season together.
- Welcoming and initiating new members during the December 8 feast day.

Ouzkourni Fi Malakoutika – اذكرني في ملكوتك
The Daughters invite you to join them every first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM to pray for the faithfully departed. Share the names you would like remembered with Fr. Henri Imad by calling the parish office before the service; this gathering is part of the global movement "Ouzkourni Fi Malakoutika – اذكرني في ملكوتك".
"Remember me in Your Kingdom" community
"Remember me in Your Kingdom" is a spiritual, missionary, and ecumenical community established in 2006, witnessing to the promise "I am the resurrection and the life..." (Jn 11:25). The community prays for brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep in the hope of the Resurrection through participation in the Holy Eucharist across Lebanon and abroad.

جماعةٌ روحيّة، رسوليّةٌ ومسكونيّة، أبصرَت النّور بِنعمةٍ إلهيّةٍ في الأوّل من حزيران 2006، تشهد للكلمة "أنا القيامة والحياة، مَن آمنَ بي وإن ماتَ فسَيحيا" (يو 25:11)، بالاشتراك في سرّ الافخارستيّا من أجل الإخوة الراقدين على رجاء القيامة، في رعايا متعدّدة في لبنان وبلدان الانتشار.
