From its humble origins over 50 years ago in a small village in Northern Lebanon, the Fersan movement has spread across the world, bringing Jesus to children.
At Saint Charbel Parish Ottawa we welcome over 250 children bi-weekly. Children from kindergarten to age 12 gather to learn about the Maronite Catholic faith, its values, the foundations of the Church, and the Holy Bible.

What are our children learning?
We meet every second Saturday from September to June in the Hardini Center. Gatherings start at 3:45 PM until 5:30 PM, followed by the children's Mass from 5:30 – 6:30 PM. The Mass is celebrated in French, English, and Arabic, animated by Saint Charbel’s youth choir and served by the children.
Every meeting has three major parts: prayer, Bible teaching, and a fun game or activity inspired by the subject of the meeting.
